Ideal candidates have prior hospitality experience, enjoy customer service, and can multitask while restocking and maintaining clean stations. The role emphasizes teamwork, health/safety standards, and a friendly guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in making smoothies and/or acai bowls is preferred.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Fun and outgoing attitude!
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.

Compensation: $21-$23/hour (including tips). $16-17/hour base + $5-$6/hour in tips (based on recent averages)
