Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is hiring a friendly Restaurant Team Member in Malibu, CA. You will prepare and deliver smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items, while ensuring high quality and a clean, welcoming space for guests.

We value fast-paced, customer-focused teamwork and offer benefits including health & wellness options, meal discounts, and a company-match 401(k). Experience in hospitality is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry.
• Experience in making smoothies and/or acais is preferred.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Fun and outgoing attitude!
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver delicious smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items to guests promptly.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Support with any additional duties assigned.
