Smoothie Stop PTC LLC is hiring for a customer-focused team member to join our fast-casual smoothie shop in the Hampton Roads area. The role involves preparing smoothies, wraps, salads, and paninis, as well as delivering friendly service and handling sales transactions.

Applicants should be eager to learn, maintain clean work areas, and support light cleaning duties as needed. This is a hands-on, guest-facing position that emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to upsell and communicate clearly with customers.
• Capable of basic food prep and handling fruits/veggies.
• Works well in a small team and maintains cleanliness.

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers

• Maintaining cleanliness by keeping the work cleaned and organized
• Light cleaning duties to ensure the facility is clean and other duties as needed.
