Job summary

Arden's Garden is hiring baristas at our Piedmont Park location to craft smoothies, share product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced, health-focused environment with a fun team and opportunities to grow within the company.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, multitask oriented, and has strong customer-service skills; prior food or sales experience is a plus. Opening shifts and a positive attitude are valued hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate blenders and prepare smoothies and juices for customers.
• Share product knowledge to inspire healthy choices.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
• Support store operations and point-of-sale activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Help implement loss prevention measures.
