Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests with a 'guest comes first' attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Completes store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
