What Your Day Looks Like
Sets up smoke area and stage products in accordance with needs or priorities while ensuring proper smoke and curing procedures and temperatures are followed. Complete paperwork as required. Visually inspect products for unacceptable flaws or concerns and ensure products are to established quality levels. Ensure products are at acceptable quality levels prior to release to next step of operation. Follow all USDA, SQF, and ALL Holding Company HACCP requirements. Always maintain and observe all safety rules and regulations. Be able to maintain a flexible time schedule.
