Anchor Fabrication seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to service building systems and production equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to maintain reliability of machines and facilities.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to read technical specs and measuring instruments; vocational training or apprenticeship is preferred, with 3–5 years experience.

  • Operate hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems where applicable.

SUMMARYQuality Industries is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician. 2nd shiftAs a Maintenance Technician you may be required to perform tasks involved in the upkeep of the building and grounds, installation, maintenance, maintaining and repairing of hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical and electrical systems on all production machines, equipment and building.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude but are not limited to the following, other duties may be applied;Perform general maintenance duties on building and machines.Be able to perform preventative maintenance on the machines.Assists in servicing and replacing minor plumbing fixtures.Performs minor electrical work not requiring a licensed electrician such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, bending conduit, Run electrical circuits up to 480V.Assists in minor carpentry and repair work.Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and/or oiling to ensure optimum working order.Performs related duties as required.Follow Plant specified job specification and task list.Has the Authority and Responsibility to report non-conformity productAccountabilityTimely and responsive reports and documentsSpecified and accurate inspections and measurementsMeeting safety performance targetsMaintain a clean and organized work area.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone at this timeQUALIFICATIONSMechanically adeptAttention to detailAble to prioritize and work under schedule demandsGood communication skillsComputer literateAble to read all precision measuring instrumentsAbility to read and interpret specificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEA high school diploma or equivalent preferredCompletion of vocational training and/or an apprenticeshipThree (3) to five (5) years at a minimum preferredLANGUAGE SKILLSEffectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English languageAbility to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful mannerMATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to perform basic mathematical computations.
