ASM Research seeks an SME Shift Supervisor to act as a key member of the incident management team in a cloud-based environment. You will diagnose, mitigate, and escalate complex issues to maintain high system availability and meet SLA targets, coordinating with operations, development, and external partners.
The role requires 3+ years in operations, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Windows/Linux and cloud tools like Azure/AWS.
The SME Shift Supervisor serves as part of the incident management team in a cloud-based environment, diagnosing, mitigating, and/or escalating system issues to maintain a high level of system/platform availability. This role requires an understanding of core cloud system components and tools to diagnose issues, and acts as an escalation point for more complex incidents. The SME Shift Supervisor responds to incident tickets to meet SLA objectives, typically handling the more complex incidents, and supports collaboration across operations, development teams, and external partners to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
