Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
• Explain complex technician issues to customers in simple terms.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Operate the POS system to record customer information and repairs.
• Greet customers and contribute to a five-star experience.
• Accept flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
