Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix test issues escalated from Repair Technicians.
• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
• Create standard operating procedures for operators and testers.
• Document procedures and update SOPs.
• Assist Test Engineers with test station setup.

Skills

Ability to read test logs

Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX

Ability to work with network equipment

Experience with computer hardware

Ability to handle average-weight objects up to 40 pounds

Ability to adapt to stressful situations
