NRG Energy is hiring a DTH Full Time Technician in Phoenix, AZ to install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customers’ homes. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

We hire for attitude and train for skill.
Sales mindset in retail/B2C/service sales is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record and transportation.
Must live within 20 miles of the city.

Responsibilities

Earn piecerate pay with unlimited commission.
Become an expert on smart home technology through training.
Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
Control your income by providing opportunities for customers to purchase additional products and services.
Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.
Create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives.
