Job summary

NRG Energy, through Vivint Smart Home, seeks a Smart Home Sales Technician to meet customers in homes, retail locations and events, recommend personalized smart home solutions and close sales. You will install and service devices, educate users and represent the brand in stores and communities.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and comfort with smart home tech. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers in homes, retail locations and events.

• Installing, servicing and troubleshooting Vivint smart home equipment.
• Educating customers on how to use their system.
• Representing Vivint professionally in the field, in retail environments and in the communities we serve.
