Job summary

The Armstrong Group is seeking an installer for Guardian Protection in Altoona, PA. You will install security, smart home and CCTV devices, deliver completed designs and ensure safety standards are met. You will also service existing systems and diagnose issues to keep customers’ protections functioning properly.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation or field service roles.
• Education requirements are not specified; a high school diploma or equivalent is typical.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality service and installation work on a range of security, smart home and video devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer interactions with education and care.
• Ensure accurate control of assigned inventory and utilization.
• Accurately complete work orders, time records and maintain assigned work schedule.
• Ability to obtain trade licenses and registrations in accordance with state and local regulations as required.
• Demonstrate high level of technical ability with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
