Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgraded solutions for customers. You’ll be the face of Vivint, combining technical work with sales opportunities to deliver total peace of mind.

You’ll benefit from a 4-day work week on a 4/10 schedule, a take-home company vehicle with a gas card, paid training, and ongoing coaching and support from leaders and teammates who care

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C or service-based sales.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership training within the national organization.
