Value Driven Solutions, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Smart Factory Workforce Enablement Specialist to prepare plant floor operators to act as data-driven decision makers alongside automated lines.

You will assess skills, design training for dashboards, HMIs and control rooms; deliver hands-on training for tablet workflows, AR-guided assembly and digital work instructions; create SOPs and competency checklists; gather feedback for engineering and support go-live coaching across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing training, production supervision or operations.
• Experience rolling out new technology to frontline workers.
• Comfortable training across all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Clear communicator with frontline and union workforces.
• Nice to have: bilingual English/Spanish.
