YMCA of Greater Houston seeks a part-time Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor to lead small group training sessions and motivate participants. You'll promote the YMCA values, develop programs, and ensure safety while adapting to different fitness levels.
Must hold a National Personal Training or Group Fitness certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and Level 1 Reformer or Les Mills Reformer certification. Previous teaching experience and comfort with diverse populations are preferred.
Leads small group training classes using proper exercise techniques and motivation.
