Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification.

• Provide clear, motivating instruction with a focus on safety and proper form.
• Offer modifications to meet individual client needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive training environment.
• Maintain a high-energy, engaging atmosphere while keeping sessions structured and effective.
• Guide and empower clients to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at any stage of life.
• Lead by example as a coach who emphasizes longevity, strength, and mobility for long-term health.
• Support clients across diverse fitness levels.
