Job summary

Enspire Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Part-Time ESL Teacher to deliver small-group English language instruction for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. The role emphasizes building relationships, supporting multilingual learners, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a two-days-per-week schedule.

The ideal candidate will provide differentiated instruction, assess progress, and collaborate with teachers to strengthen student achievement in English language development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field.
• TESOL or TEFL certification is required.
• Experience teaching English as a Second Language in a school setting.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for varying language proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted, small-group ESL instruction for Kindergarten through 8th grade.
• Teach foundational English language skills: speaking, listening, reading, writing.
• Reinforce content while supporting English language development.
• Develop reading comprehension and written language for grades 5–8.
• Create differentiated lesson plans for individual needs.
• Assess progress and adjust instruction using data-driven practices.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student achievement.
• Communicate progress and instructional goals with parents as appropriate.
