Job summary

DALB, Inc. is a West Virginia-based manufacturer seeking a full-time Small Format Fabrication associate for the Kearneysville facility. The role involves wrapping parts, counting parts, operating manual equipment, running the pouch laminator, and related tasks in the small format department.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to stand for long periods, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance). OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of small format fabrication steps.

Responsibilities

• Counting and shrink wrapping parts.
• Die cutting.
• Assembly.
• Read and understand manufacturing orders and the dispatch list.
• Know machine settings to maintain a quality product.
• Fill out and understand the Scrap and internal usage form.
• Assists with other fabrication steps when required.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and are free of safety hazards.
• Regular attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Communicates safety and maintenance issues to supervisor.
