Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Small Equipment Operator at our Columbus MRF Campus to help transport and load materials safely. You will operate forklifts and bobcats, perform routine equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates have a GED or better, are able to read and speak English, and can pass pre-employment testing. Valid driver's license is required if applicable; prior equipment experience is preferred.

1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12:30am
Small Equipment Operators are responsible for operating equipment including, but not limited to, paper balers, bobcats, and forklifts to transport or bind paper or loose materials to facilitate handling as well as load or unload materials into trailers and/or railcars.
