Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain product information clearly to customers.
• Review equipment manuals and warranties accurately.
• Place special orders for required parts as needed.
• Maintain vendor logs and warranty documentation.
• Contact customers for repair approvals after assessment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Keep shop and storage areas neat and organized.
• Set up and assemble new equipment.
• Stock merchandise and assist loads for customers.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle equipment safely.
• Engage customers to sell appropriate products.
