Job summary

Pinnacle Site Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to maintain and repair gas- and diesel-powered equipment for our construction crews. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records.

This full-time shop-based role in High Springs, FL offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including medical insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. Occasional field service and adherence to OSHA safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous small-engine repair experience required.
• Strong knowledge of two-stroke and four-stroke engines.
• Experience with construction equipment and tools preferred.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read service manuals and parts diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
• Must provide basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass required background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair gas- and diesel-powered small equipment.
• Maintain pumps, generators, pressure washers, compactors, concrete saws, cutoff saws, chainsaws, and similar construction equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Replace damaged or worn components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Track parts and communicate equipment needs to management.
• Keep the shop, tools, and parts areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.
