Job summary

GreenMark Equipment is seeking skilled technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain agricultural and turf equipment. You will perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, both in-shop and in the field, with opportunities for hands-on experience and growth.

Candidates should have strong diagnostic tool experience, be able to document work clearly, and demonstrate the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete in-shop and field service work.
• Accurately document all diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage billable time and assigned work orders.
• Support customer clinics and education events.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment.
