You’ll diagnose, repair, and service a range of power equipment in a supportive team environment. Earn $19–$25 per hour based on experience, plus productivity bonuses and a robust benefits package starting after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing small engines required (Honda/Echo preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks including MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda small engines and Echo power equipment.
• Perform routine service, tune-ups, carburetor work, fuel system repairs, and mechanical adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and performance issues.
• Document repair findings and communicate clearly with Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda small engines and Echo power equipment, including generators, lawn equipment, trimmers, blowers, and related power tools
• Perform routine service, tune ‑ ups, carburetor work, fuel system repairs, and mechanical adjustments
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and performance issues
• Document repair findings and communicate clearly with Service Advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience repairing small engines required (Honda/Echo preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop tasks
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
