Job summary

Sunshine Quality Solutions seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment for customers and dealers. You will perform diagnostic assessments, repairs, and preventative maintenance with a focus on AMS products.

You will participate in ongoing training, stay current with John Deere products, and ensure safe, organized work areas while complying with safety protocols and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in service repairs.
• Ability to perform basic repairs using specialized tools and following technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Engage in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance technical skills.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere products and competitive equipment.
• Ensure proper upkeep of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment; keep workspace clean.
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete required documentation and reports.
