Job summary

Westside Personnel is seeking assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Missouri. You will assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, hoses, and related components according to provided directions and blueprints.

You will read schematics, use various machines and hand tools, and maintain logs on production and maintenance. You will also help manage supplies, monitor quality, and report any issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Experience using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, hoses, equipment pieces, and more according to directions.
• Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
• Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
• Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
