Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated client servicing specialist to handle incoming calls for routine inquiries about bank products and services. You will use available tools to deliver a differentiated client experience and track unresolved issues for timely resolution.

Responsibilities include educating clients on self-service options, escalating errors or regulatory concerns, and maintaining compliance with Truist policies while supporting multiple platforms.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • One year of client servicing work experience (call center, retail, hospitality, medical, etc).
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office), technical skills, interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling).
  • Satisfies regulatory requirements for holding the position, including meeting the qualification standards imposed by the Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls for routine inquiries regarding products, procedures, systems or policies.
  • Provide differentiated client experience and track unresolved issues to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Act as a client advocate to track complaints and feedback about Truist, products and vendors.
  • Educate clients on self-service options and Truist technologies to enhance banking experience.
  • Follow policies and regulations to protect clients and Truist from risk.
