UMB Financial Corporation seeks a Small Business Banking Underwriter to analyze cash flows, capital and collateral for credit requests and to complete loan underwriting for small business clients. This hybrid role covers Kansas City, MO; Dubuque, IA; and Denver, CO with responsibilities to compute risk and structure loans in accordance with policy.
The position requires 2+ years in commercial lending, strong MS Office proficiency, and solid communication and analytical skills.
The Small Business Banking Underwriter will analyze and make credit decisions for small business banking clients in accordance with UMB policies and Federal regulations. They will complete cash flow, capital and collateral analysis for credit requests and properly structured approved loans.

Compensation Range: $67,869 - $99,836
