• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend additional financial services.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-up routines.
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners based on client needs.
• Partners with leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching during meetings.
