Village Gate Animal Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join our growing practice. You will diagnose and treat cats and dogs with a collaborative team in a relaxed and upbeat setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active veterinary license in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments for small animals.
• Diagnose and treat medical, surgical, and dental conditions.
• Perform soft tissue surgeries and dental COHATs.
• Work collaboratively with other veterinarians and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and health management.
• Support and contribute to the clinic’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and in-house laboratory for accurate assessments.
• Help manage and supervise the care of boarding, daycare, and grooming pets when needed.
