Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from AVMA-accredited college (or equivalent for international graduates).
• Active Texas veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• NAVLE successfully completed.
• Commitment to evidence-based veterinary medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.
• Dedication to excellent patient care and client service.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animals.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver preventive and diagnostic services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and document care plans.
• Mentor and support newer graduates or staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold safety standards.
