The Vet Service in Texas is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a full-service clinical team offering preventive care, diagnostic medicine, surgery, and urgent care in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• DVM or an equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas veterinary license or eligibility to obtain state licensure.
• Sound clinical judgement across preventative, diagnostic, surgical, and urgent care cases.
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly.
• Commitment to continued learning and consistently high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care, diagnostic services, surgery, and urgent care as part of a full-service clinic.
• Guide pet owners through wellness planning and treatment options at each stage of care.
• Exercise independent clinical judgement while collaborating with support staff and mentors.

Education
