Job summary

Goldman Sachs in New York, NY seeks an Associate to support the Custody Solutions Managed Accounts Platform. You will help manage relationships with SMA managers and TAMPs, act as a product specialist for advisors, and contribute to the platform roadmap.

You'll coordinate with Operations, Trading, and Service teams to keep the platform running, onboard new partners, and deliver ongoing improvements across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Background in asset management and/or RIA custody with SMA/UMA exposure.
• Client-facing capability to communicate with advisors, clients, and external partners.
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Cross-functional collaboration across operations, trading, technology, legal, and sales.
• Ownership mentality to drive projects to completion with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard SMA managers and TAMPs, coordinate due diligence, contracting, model delivery setup, and go-live.
• Act as a product specialist for advisors and prospects, supporting platform overviews and manager deep-dives.
• Contribute to the SMA/UMA roadmap with new capabilities, fee structures, and platform enhancements.
• Coordinate across operations, trading, and service to ensure accounts run to standard, triage issues, and support audits.
