Job summary

Franklin Templeton’s OSAM team in Stamford, CT is seeking a Client Service Specialist primarily handling transaction follow-up, onboarding new SMA accounts, and account-transition analysis. The role may include relationship management responsibilities as part of supporting advisors and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a client service or similar role within financial services or asset management, with a strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in financial services and/or asset management.
• Experience with direct indexing provider in a client service or operational capacity is a plus.
• Strong work ethic; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; pleasantly persistent when needed.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad-hoc advisor inquiries.
• Facilitate responses to account transition requests.
• Onboard new accounts and apply appropriate settings.
• Deliver an excellent advisor experience to encourage Canvas usage.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases.
