Job summary

AIM Educate is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) for flexible contract work within Texas schools. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, delivering tele-practice sessions when appropriate, and documenting student progress across multiple districts.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll control your caseload and campuses, with access to AIM’s technology suite and a collaborative clinical community across 120+ Texas districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or major in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP-A license.
• Contract position (1099 Independent Contractor).

Scope Of Services

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP, delivering therapy across various communication modalities
• Provide tele-practice services when appropriate, adapting to each campus's service delivery model
• Document session data and student progress accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with the supervising SLP regarding student needs and progress
