Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc is seeking a licensed SLPA to join our Arizona team. You will implement treatment plans, conduct screenings, document progress, and collaborate with SLPs and families.

Requires a Bachelor's with assistant licensure, certifications/licensures, 3-5 years of related experience, and ability to travel to clients' homes; strong communication and computer skills; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with assistant licensure.
• Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the SLP.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
