Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support licensed SLPs in delivering services to families and clients in their homes and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing plans, screenings, documentation, and coordination with the care team.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with assistant licensure and relevant licensure or certifications, plus background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with assistant licensure.
• Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 3-5 years of related experience
• Pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the SLP.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
