Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and treatments per care plan.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow policies and scope of practice; respond to patient priorities.
• Complete orientations, trainings, and in-services as required.
