Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy in Nashua, NH currently seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathology Supervisor to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. The role offers hybrid work with two school-day sessions and flexible hours, paid at $85–$95 per hour.

You will mentor junior staff, supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while coordinating student care with school personnel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure to practice as SLP.
• supervision/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Speech Language Pathology Assistants in implementing therapy plans.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of staff performance with constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for therapy services.
• Collaborate with school personnel and other professionals to coordinate student care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Conduct evaluations.
