Job summary

Trinity Rehab, LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis in Burlington, NC within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose and treat residents with speech and swallowing disorders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and NC licensure (or eligibility) are required; CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current North Carolina SLP license or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab or CCRC setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and therapy team members.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines.

Education
