Job summary

Relient Health in El Reno, OK is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders, and develop individualized plans to meet each patient’s goals.

You'll document progress in EMR, collaborate with rehabilitative team members, and educate families and staff on therapy outcomes, while enjoying a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current OK SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFs may be considered with supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
