The PRN position requires CCC and active state license; you will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document in NetHealth EMR, and collaborate with staff.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC certification required.
• Active SLP license in state(s) practiced.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop a treatment plan with target list, short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff for carryover of goals in daily activities.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to identify resident needs promptly and with clinical excellence.
