Job description

Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a PRN or part‑time position. You will provide exceptional, personalized care in our SNF.

The SLP will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties, develop effective treatment programs, set patient understanding and goals, counsel patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation for all visits.
