Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract School Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary and junior high students in Gilbert, Arizona. You will conduct evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services that help students communicate confidently in the classroom.

Develop and monitor IEP goals, collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a case manager for a small caseload while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance logs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Arizona License (SLP) from ADHS
• Arizona SLP Certification from ADE
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential
• Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide therapy services for approximately 49 students across elementary and junior high settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Serve as a case manager for a small group of fewer than 10 students while maintaining documentation, compliance records, and service logs.
• Consult with school staff regarding speech, language, social communication, and academic support strategies across educational settings.
