Job summary
Evolve Therapy Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility located in Andersonville, TN. You will provide comprehensive speech therapy services, develop treatment plans, and ensure CMS-compliant documentation within the NetHealth EMR system.
Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, and an active SLP license in the state of practice. This role offers full or part-time options with competitive pay and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- CCC Certification required.
- Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
- Ongoing CEU and professional development to maintain licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality speech therapy services per standards and productivity expectations.
- Evaluate and collect data for treatment planning and implementation.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
- Educate patients, families, and staff to carry over therapy goals.
- Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
- Oversee FEES/MBS protocols with site coordination.
- Screen residents to identify needs and ensure timely care.
