Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in Houston, TX. You will provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students while completing the CFY under a CCC-SLP supervisor.

ARD/IEP participation, collaboration with teachers and families, and thorough documentation are essential parts of the role. This full-time opportunity offers CFY supervision, CEU reimbursement, tuition assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to the full SLP rate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• Eligibility for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CFY not yet completed).
• Ability to obtain TEA fingerprint clearance (required for all Texas school personnel).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments under supervision and co-sign evaluation reports and IEP documentation per Texas TDLR.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide progress data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support communication skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, session data, and progress documentation.
• Log CFY hours according to ASHA and Texas TDLR requirements.
• Support SLPAs under supervising CCC-SLP (if applicable).
