• Evaluate client functions to assess needs and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Plan, direct, and administer Speech Therapy treatments as prescribed by a referring provider
• Restore patient function following injury, disease, or disability
• Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of independence
• Support patients in learning to function within the limits of their abilities
• Participate in all operational aspects of the Speech Therapy department
• Adhere to organizational mission and vision statements when providing patient care
• Work Monday through Friday on an 8-hour day schedule
