Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines on the casino floor and in the repair shop.
• Develop skills with senior technicians in repairing malfunctions and converting models.
• Attend in-house/vendor training for troubleshooting PC boards and progressives.
• Circulate on the floor to fix appearance issues and keep machines clean.
• Learn to analyze player tracking and progressive systems and PGCB regulations.
• Follow safety standards and complete required paperwork per Wind Creek and PGCB rules.
• Provide superior customer service while adhering to company policies.
