Job summary

The Queen Baton Rouge is seeking a Slot Machine Technician to perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems, and replace faulty parts. You will test machines and keep detailed records to ensure optimal operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with slot machine repair preferred.
• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Must obtain and maintain a state Gaming License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines.
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed.
• Test machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate with casino staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons.
• Handle guest complaints discreetly and escalate when needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional duties as assigned.
