Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Game Design Mathematician to work at their Chicago studio. You will craft prize-first math models for electronic gaming products, translating concepts into C# software and maintaining math metrics for data-driven decisions.

The role requires a math/Data Analysis/Software Engineering background with gaming experience preferred. Knowledge of Excel and tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Bitbucket is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Data Analysis/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Gaming experience highly preferred.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience with Excel.
• Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling 'slot-style' game math models using a prize-first math engine.
• Translate game concepts and mathematical ideas into software using C#.
• Develop and maintain math characteristics metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets detailing the game math model.
• Develop knowledge of North American slot markets and trends.
